Japan has launched a navigation satellite on its H3 rocket. The satellite will improve Japan’s positioning systems. The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, JAXA, said the launch was fully successful. The government’s National Tiger Conservation Authority reported that the number of tigers increased from an estimated 1,706 in 2010 to about 3,682 in 2022. Developer Boom Supersonic is working to develop a supersonic passenger airliner designed to carry as many as 80 passengers on flights across the Atlantic Ocean in under four hours.
